AIRPORT / OWNER
Owners are required to notify Drift 12 hours before the reservation is set to begin if they want to cancel. If the owner neglects to cancel their reservation, they will be charged a $50 fee.
“Do you need to cancel your reservation?"
“Yes” – “Okay, I can definitely help you do that, I just need to get some information from you. (Zendesk Directions)
“No” – “Okay, is there anything else I can help you with?”

When is your reservation scheduled to take place?
If the owner is canceling within 12 hours of the trip beginning please inform them that there will be a $50 fine.
