Your trip will be pro-rated if you return the car a full day or more before your trip's end. If you return the vehicle less than a full day early you will not receive a refund. Cars returned because of an issue with the vehicle will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but we’ll make sure we set you up with a replacement vehicle.

Q: What if I'm returning the car because something doesn't work?
A: “If you are returning the vehicle because there is an issue with the car, I will escalate this request to Drift and they will reach out and resolve your issue. They should be in touch within the next two hours."
